Sales RM - Solar Products

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our range of solar products, including solar panels, inverters, and other renewable energy solutions. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

Identify and target new clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.

2. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar technology.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our solar product range and their benefits.

Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy and how our products meet their specific needs.

3. Sales Presentations:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Prepare and present proposals that address the client's requirements and showcase the value of our solar products.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive presentations.

4. Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their ongoing needs.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

5. Quotation and Contract Negotiation:

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements.

Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company.

Collaborate with the legal team to finalize contracts.

6. Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with solar products and the renewable energy market.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
