Opening Location- Trivandrum, Kochi and Calicut

Roles: Solar Products Sales and Marketing (Both B2B and B2C)

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Solar Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving solar energy product sales and creating innovative marketing strategies to promote our brand and services. This role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, and implementing campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and engage potential customers through various channels (cold calls, online platforms, networking events).
• Qualify leads to determine their suitability for solar energy solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing personalized consultations and addressing inquiries about solar products and services.
• Maintain a CRM system to track leads, sales progress, and follow-ups.
• Sales Presentations and Closing Deals:
• Present tailored solar energy proposals to clients, including financial savings, technical specifications, and environmental benefits.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term commitment.
• Post-Sales Support:
• Work with the operations team to ensure seamless installation and after-sales service.
• Address customer concerns and maintain relationships for future referrals or upgrades.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development:
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness about solar energy products and services.
• Leverage online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and events.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Use insights to refine sales strategies and target the right audience.
• Brand Management:
• Develop and maintain the company's branding strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Create promotional materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
• Partnership Development:
• Collaborate with other businesses, community organizations, and influencers to expand reach and build credibility.
• Participate in solar energy trade shows, expos, and other events.

Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with solar energy systems, including components, installation processes, and financing options.
• Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.

Core Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.

Additional Attributes:

Work Environment:

• Primarily field-based, with some office work and remote opportunities.
• Travel required to meet clients, attend events, and visit project sites.

Requirements:

• Experience minimum 5 years and above
• Candidates must have experience in Solar products sales and Marketing both B2B and B2C
• Looking the candidates locations from Trivandrum, Kochi and Calicut (Kozhikode)
• Willing to travel in field and have two wheeler must
• Immediate joiners prefer and Age limit upto 35
