We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients, generating new leads, building relationships, and identifying business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site assessments
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including installation and service teams
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue and unit sales
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of solar products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in the solar industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Knowledge of solar products and services
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel (if required)
