Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and dedicated to helping customers transition to solar power. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to help us expand our customer base and achieve our mission of a cleaner, greener future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through various channels including networking, and referrals.
• Expand business opportunities by scheduling sales visits with existing leads, identifying and engaging new prospects, and cultivating robust client relationships.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide customized solar solutions to potential customers.
• Present and explain the benefits of solar energy and our rooftop solar systems to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and present technical information effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
