Position Title - Solar Energy / Renewable Energy Trainer

Work Type - Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• A Solar Energy / Renewable Energy Trainer is responsible for teaching, managing, and operating a Solar Energy program at desired location
• Should have excellent knowledge of Solar Energy, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of different Solar PV Systems (On-Grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid) as well as relevant teaching experience
• Must have knowledge on Basic Computer Skills (MS Office)
• Explain technical concepts to students of all ages, backgrounds, and learning styles
• Incorporate personal Solar Installation and design experiences into the class
• Communicate and uphold best practices and industry standards for Solar PV design, installation, and safety practices
• Conduct classes for students using industry provided course curriculum

Eligibility Criteria:

Education - Diploma / B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil) with min. 1 - 2 years relevant experience in training and industry

Languages - Fluency in spoken English, Hindi, Kannada

Personality - Pleasant, Confident, Well Groomed, Honest

CTC - Upto INR 40,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
