Solar Pv Installer Trainer
Job Description
We are Looking for an Solar PV installer Trainer for Govt. Project Suryamitra.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Teach trainees how to install solar PV systems by showing them how to put together solar panels, connect wiring, and set up inverters and other parts.
• Show trainees how to use the tools and equipment needed for solar PV installation.
• Guide and support trainees during practical sessions, making sure they gain real-world experience.
• Keep accurate records of each trainee's progress and performance.
Qualifications:
• ToT certified. (Not mandatory)
• Proven experience in solar installation and training.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
Education Requirements:
• ITI / Polytechnic Diploma / Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
