Job Description

A solar system project manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of solar energy systems. The main goal of this role is to maximize efficiency in implementing project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies.

Overall, the solar project manager plays a critical role in the development and implementation of solar energy systems. They ensure that solar projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard. The most successful project managers are even able to manage more installations over time by standardizing and automating processes.

• Leadership
• To manage overall execution and project management of Solar PV projects in Roof-Top & Ground Mounted segment.
• Lead a team of managers and supervisors in the day-to-day management of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff and other duties required to execute Project, Construction Management, Construction, and Program Management projects

1. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
2. Manage project budget to ensure financial objectives are met
3. Coordinate with stakeholders and customers to ensure project goals are aligned and communicated
4. Manage project teams and assign responsibilities to ensure project success
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
6. Maintain project documentation for various stakeholders and future reference.

Experience:- 5 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
