Project Implementation and Construction Management:
Oversee the construction and installation of solar energy systems, coordinating activities with contractors, technicians, and subcontractors.
Conduct quality inspections and performance tests to ensure that installations meet design specifications and performance expectations.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
Commissioning and Testing:
Lead the commissioning process for solar PV systems, including system startup, performance testing, and troubleshooting.
Verify system performance and functionality, identifying and resolving any issues or deficiencies to ensure optimal operation.
Operations and Maintenance Support:
Provide technical support and guidance for ongoing operations and maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Develop maintenance plans and schedules to optimize system performance and reliability over the project lifecycle.
Monitor system performance data and implement improvements or upgrades to enhance efficiency and performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, permits, contracts, and technical reports.
Prepare regular progress reports, budget updates, and project summaries for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
Professional engineering license or certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in solar energy project development, and implementation.
Proficiency in engineering design software, CAD tools, and simulation software for solar PV systems.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, power electronics, and solar energy technologies.
Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing solar energy installations (e.g., NEC, IEEE, IEC).
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
Attention to detail, with a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
