Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Business Development
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's market presence in the solar power plant sector.
• Identify and pursue potential clients within targeted industries, such as utilities, manufacturing, municipalities, and commercial properties.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits and ROI of solar power plant projects.
• Marketing Campaigns and Lead Generation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns, including digital marketing, email outreach, and event-based strategies.
• Create content for marketing materials, including case studies, brochures, presentations, and online resources, to attract prospective clients.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on metrics like conversion rates, lead quality, and customer feedback.
• Client Relationship Management
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including energy managers, facility directors, sustainability officers, and government representatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and support throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Maintain and update client information in CRM systems to track opportunities and progress through the sales pipeline.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy sector.
• Analyze competitors' offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation to enhance the company's value proposition.
• Report insights and recommendations to management to inform sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Event and Networking Management
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and build a network of potential clients.
• Organize and coordinate webinars, seminars, and other events aimed at educating clients about the benefits of solar power plants.
• Develop promotional materials and follow-up strategies to maximize engagement and conversion post-event.
• Collaboration and Sales Support
• Work closely with engineering, finance, and project management teams to customize proposals, including financial modeling, environmental impact, and ROI analysis.
• Ensure that marketing and sales materials align with technical specifications and client requirements.
• Support the sales team by preparing documents, presentations, and other resources needed for client meetings and negotiations.
• Sales Reporting and Target Achievement
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
• Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and feedback to continuously refine sales tactics.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance metrics to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
