Job Summary:

The Solar Executive will be responsible for the implementation and management of solar energy projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves interacting with clients, suppliers, and contractors, and executing tasks related to site assessment, design, procurement, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Oversee the planning and execution of solar projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure the timely delivery of all phases of solar projects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Client Interaction:
• Conduct site surveys and energy audits to assess the feasibility of solar installations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their energy needs and design tailored solar solutions.
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding solar technology and system configurations.
• Design and Installation Support:
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and install solar power systems based on customer requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure the installation is compliant with safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Procurement and Vendor Management:
• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services needed for solar installations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and cost savings.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Monitor and maintain installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to and troubleshoot system issues, providing technical support as needed.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, financial performance, and energy savings.
• Maintain proper documentation for all solar projects, including designs, contracts, warranties, and maintenance records.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulations related to solar energy.
• Promote a culture of safety, ensuring that all solar installations are carried out in compliance with safety protocols and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in solar energy or related fields (e.g., NABCEP, LEED).
• Experience with AutoCAD or other design software for creating solar system layouts.
• Knowledge of energy storage systems (batteries) and integration with solar PV.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
