With over 22,700 associates, it\'s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Platform Management: Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises platforms, including but not limited to AWS, Azure, VMware, and other relevant technologies.Incident Response: Respond to and resolve platform-related incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and perform regular security audits.Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks using languages like Python or PowerShell to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Collaboration: Work closely with Platform Owners, Product owners and the development Team to understand the Platform Roadmap and features enhancement ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications and services on the platform.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of platform configurations, procedures, and policies.Technical Skills:o Proficiency with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-Vo Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloudo Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.o Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.o Knowledge of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, etc.).o Experience with monitoring tools and techniques.Soft Skills:o Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.o Strong communication and teamwork skills.o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks/Technologies simultaneously.o Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be consideredAdditional Information5+ years of experience in Platform operations, systems administration, or a related field.
