Job Purpose:
As Software Quality and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for initially identifying and subsequently defining the required tests, monitoring test coverage and evaluating the quality experienced when testing the target Test Items. In this role, you will be required to specify the required test data and evaluating the outcome of the testing conducted in each test cycle. This role will provide key inputs for testing during the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and may support customer validation activities to support the successful validation of our products and services within customer organisations. Another key aspect of the role is the contribution to the continuous improvement of the capability within the organisation to facilitate first time-quality, and as such the role must be oriented towards teamwork in an emerging and flexible environment.
Knowledge and Experience:• Working experience in end-to-end Performance testing life cycle for Enterprise applications.
• Strong in Performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner.
• Customizing the Script based on requirements.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools like Azure Application Insights, DynaTrace, AppDynamics, JVisuvalVM and nmon.
• Experience with cloud-based performance testing.
• Have experience in different testing methodologies
• Exposure to Performance Engineering concepts is added advantage.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum)

• Maintains an up-to-date awareness of trends, tools, technology, techniques and processes that affect testing and technology within the Life sciences domain.


Education:• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience
• English: Fluent
