Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Quality Analyst with a minimum of 1 year of experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation testing processes, tools, and frameworks, and demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test solutions. Your expertise will help drive excellence and efficiency in our QA processes, contributing to the overall success of the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Identify test cases suitable for automation and develop comprehensive test suites.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and log defects in a clear and actionable manner.
• Monitor and manage the execution of automated test plans to ensure optimal coverage and reliability.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Continuously research and adopt new tools, techniques, and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA processes.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure QA priorities align with project timelines.
• Generate and share detailed test reports with stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and findings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.
• Solid understanding of programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Docker.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
