: Position: Software Testing Trainer Location: Hyderabad Duration: Full-time Experience: 2+ Years Salary / CTC: 35,000-40,000 per month Roles and Responsibilities: Assess individual and group training needs Maintain individual and group training records. Plan, prepare, and research lessons. Organize and promote courses. Develop and deliver programs of learning activities. Prepare teaching/course materials. Requirements: In-depth knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, testing types ( functional, regression, performance), and tools. Practical experience in software testing, ideally across different projects and industries, to provide real-world insights. Clear and effective communication to explain complex testing concepts, methodologies, and techniques to learners. Strong teaching or training skills, including the ability to create engaging training materials, deliver presentations, and facilitate discussions. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the software testing field. Practical experience with testing tools and frameworks, as well as the ability to provide hands-on demonstrations and exercises. Building rapport with trainees, fostering a positive learning environment, and addressing learners\' questions effectively. Relevant certifications in software testing, teaching, or training could provide credibility and assurance of expertise. Efficiently managing training schedules, course materials, and interactions with learners. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 935,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
