Job Description

About the internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Understand and analyze requirements for testing, documenting test cases, test results, and bugs/issues while liaising with other functional areas for reporting and verification
2. Conduct API testing
3. Perform performance testing
4. Provide regular reports and deliver results within agreed timelines
5. Analyze issues/bugs and provide complete details when reporting
6. Simulate product issues and assist in Level 3 fixes
7. Adhere to company quality procedures
8. Communicate any issues that might impact quality or the ability to meet deadlines or estimates
9. Conduct end-to-end complex product installation testing
10. Utilize JIRA as an engineering tool for creating tasks, logging work, updating progress, and tracking efforts
11. Perform other duties as assigned and prioritized
12. Escalate any delays in assigned work or issues with products to the reporting manager
13.
