Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Software Tester Trainer specializing in both manual and automated testing to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about software testing and capable of effectively training and mentoring aspiring software testers. As a Software Tester Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip trainees with the skills needed for successful careers in software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs focused on manual and automated software testing methodologies.
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for individuals and groups.
• Review and analyze system specifications to prepare training scenarios.
• Teach trainees how to execute test cases, analyze results, and report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Provide training on troubleshooting and post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Assess trainees' progress through tests, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to trainees to help them improve their skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and incorporate them into training programs.
• Collaborate with other trainers and industry professionals to enhance the training curriculum.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a software tester, with expertise in both manual and automated testing (1 to 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with mobile automation testing using tools like Appium and establishing automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Good eye for detail and well-versed in UX patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages and scripting.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
