Software (QA) Tester Intern

Spintly is looking for a Software (QA) Tester Intern to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, then you might be just the person we are searching for. Freshers also are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Running various tests on software to ensure it meets all standards and guidelines and is ready to be marketed to consumers.
• Identifying issues and run debugging programs as needed.
• Generating reports, work with software developers to correct issues, and upgrade databases as required.
• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Executing tests on software usability.
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
• Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.

Requirements

Potential candidates should:

• Like programming
• Have good conceptual knowledge of testing methodology.
• Be a quick learner
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
• A Bachelor's degree in CS, ETC, IT/BCA/MCA/BE/ME, or a related field
