JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manual Testing : Perform detailed testing on Website and Mobile Applications to identify defects, issues, and inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality releases.
• Test Case Creation and Execution : Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Test Documentation : Document test results, record findings, and update test documentation to maintain traceability and consistency across testing efforts.
• Defect Tracking & Troubleshooting : Identify, track, and manage defects in the defect tracking system. Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Website Design Testing : Test the functionality and design of websites, ensuring pages match the design specifications (e.g., from PSD files) and maintain a responsive, user-friendly layout.
• Agile Testing : Collaborate within an Agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews to deliver quality features on time.
• Regression Testing : Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Assist in preparing and executing UAT tests, working directly with end-users or product owners to ensure the final product meets the specified requirements.
• Test Data Creation : Generate and maintain relevant test data for functional, integration, and regression testing scenarios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Manual Testing, with a strong focus on Web and Mobile Applications.
• knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.
