Business Unit : ETTS (Emission Thermal and Turbo Systems)
Experience required : 6 - 9 Years
Education Qualification : B.E. / B Tech / M Tech with Electrical/Electronics(Mandatory) as
main discipline. Other discipline shall not apply for this position.

Summary

\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible as a SW Test Lead for multiple applications at ASPICE SWE4, SWE5 and SWE6 Levels

\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible for TestCase creation and execution on targeted product HW

\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible for Technical Review of Work Products of SW Test Phase

\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible to present case during ASPICE and Safety Case Audits

\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze and understand the Functional Requirements/ Design Requirements and guide/resolve clarifications from the team

\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze and understand the Software Component Requirements and guide/resolve clarifications from the team

\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate manual and automated Tests on Host PC as well as with LAB Test Bench On-Target(HW and loads) OR on HIL system for SWE4, SWE5 and SWE6 Levels

\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible for complex Tasks and problem solving to unblock the Team

\xef\x82\xb7 Perform manual and automated functional test on LAB Test Bench with HW and loads using MATLAB Toolchains

\xef\x82\xb7 Handle Target Electronic HW day-in and day-out

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for project deliverables and customer satisfaction \xe2\x80\x93 Test Schedule, Risks, Quality and Customer commitments

\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for proposals for Process Improvements, Technology Improvement, Tool Chain Improvement

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to guide and direct the team to deliver quality products within the desired Process Framework

\xef\x82\xb7 Will be responsible for the Technical upskilling of the Team

\xef\x82\xb7 Test Automation using Python/Matlab frameworks.

\xef\x82\xb7 Debugging embedded software on target using test bench/ In-circuit emulator \xef\x82\xb7 Report status of testing activities to Lead/Manager

\xef\x82\xb7 Will be part of a multi-cultural, multi-disciplined product development and testing teams working on projects involving multiple locations(local as well as international).

Essential Requirements / Skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge of C language, CAPL scripting & Python Scripting

\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge of Electronics including IGBTs, MOSFETs and related circuits like Invertor, Converters with basic knowledge of circuits, pcb and soldering

\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge of MATLAB, Simulink, Simulink Test, Embedded Coder for Autocoding.

\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge of handling LAB Equipements like Oscilloscopes, Programmable Power Supply, Function Generators, Multimeters, Current Probes etc

\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge of Automotive communication protocols like UART, CAN, LIN & UDS Protocols

\xef\x82\xb7 Expertise in Vector tools like CANoe, CANape, vFlash, ODX Studio, VT System(Small/Full)

\xef\x82\xb7 Expertise in ONE of the Automated Test Equipment framework - HIL simulators (PXI / dSPACE / Opal RT / Vector VT system )

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with Motor and Inverters

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Debugging tools like Lauterbach, Segger etc and its SW like Trace32 and Ozone/JFlash or any equivalent

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of test methods and test management. ISTQB Foundation is Mandatory

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge on requirement,configuration & defect management tools like Polarion, Bitbucket & Jira

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of GIT & GIT Tools like SmartGit, Sourcetree

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and high intercultural social competence

\xef\x82\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams spread geographically and Agile in approach

\xef\x82\xb7 Good analytical and problem solving skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of automotive ASPICE Standard and ISO 26262 Standard Desirable

Requirements / Skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge on Cybersecurity is desirable

\xef\x82\xb7 ISTQB Test Manager will be added advantage

\xef\x82\xb7 ISTQB CTFL-MBT is desirable
