Understanding the Project requirements, planning, execution, monitoring and tracking of the software development aligned with the quality process.\xc2\xb7 Manage the project through the complete software development cycle\xc2\xb7 Perform the planning of software project priorities, timelines and deliverables based on requirements, schedule, resources and overall project priorities\xc2\xb7 Discuss requirements and defects with the customer\xc2\xb7 Perform error management tasks to bring the product to market-readiness\xc2\xb7 Support the testing and certification teams\xc2\xb7 Regularly report the status of the software project to the overall program management. Very actively highlight potential problems and risks to ensure a timely mitigation\xc2\xb7 Maintain the system overview to ensure a seamless development and integration of all the software components also in cooperation with our suppliers.\xc2\xb7 Analyze and evaluate stakeholder/system requirements in RFQ and project phase considering relevant standards in the automotive environment\xc2\xb7 Work together with different teams (hardware, system, software and management teams) and the customerWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\xc2\xb7 Bachelors or master\'s in Engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software project management with adherence to processes followed in Automotive industry\xc2\xb7 Bachelors or master\'s in Engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and management of software projects for embedded systems, preferably in the automotive industry\xc2\xb7 Very good leadership skills in an intercultural environment\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of embedded systems development\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of formal process and software quality standards such as SPICE, CMMI, ISO16949\xc2\xb7 Deep knowledge of software and systems development models and strategies such as the "V-Model", Agile Software development, Scrum\xc2\xb7 Critical thinking and problem solving skills\xc2\xb7 Stress tolerance\xc2\xb7 Fluent in EnglishWhat Will Put You Ahead\xc2\xb7 Experience with Polarion or any other Project Management tool\xc2\xb7 PMP or equivalent certifications\xc2\xb7 Fundamentals in automotive SPICE (SWE1-4) and ISO26262\xc2\xb7 Experience in software architecture and design\xc2\xb7 C/C++ knowledge\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Qi technology of the WPC, inductive systems and proximity detection\xc2\xb7 Know How of electronics and reliable handling of schematics, oscilloscope and multimeter\xc2\xb7 Basic German language skillsAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
