### SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

#### REQUIREMENT
• Degree or relevant qualification equivalent to the field required
• IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support system is preferred
• Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills would be an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow Singapore working time (6.30 am to 3.30 pm)
#### RESPONSIBILITY
• Provide support to end users in Singapore market on enquires to HRMS software via phone call / email / ticket / remote assistance.
• Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issue
• Perform data migration works
• Conduct product (Software) training to end users
• Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Involve in ad-hoc project
• Provide consultancy service on HRMS software.
