Interact with TS, PM, TPM, QA, and NPD teams to clarify issues and resolve them quickly to meet SLA.Your ImpactAt CRT, we are dedicated to helping customers excel with PTC\'s amazing IoT Products. When our customers face challenges, CRT is committed to providing prompt and effective support to ensure that their needs are met, leading to increased customer delight!.Your TeamBe a member of the IoT CRT dev team. This team supports and fixes customer issues in IoT ProductYour Day-to-DayInteract with TS, TPM and PM to reproduce customer issues, understand the working of any functionality, prioritize bugs, incidents, improvements, fix issues and submit issues. This role requires getting in conversations with customers along with TS to reproduce issues or provide solutions.Required Skills

• Strong technical skills \xe2\x80\x93 Core Java, Javascript, , Databases, Debugging tools, IDE
• Strong problem-solving and lateral thinking skills
• Drive for quick resolution of issues
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Product Deployment Via Docker along with knowledge of Kubernetes would be an added advantage
