: Spintly is seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales by providing technical expertise and support to our customers and sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in a sales engineering role. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including responding to technical queries and preparing technical documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
Customer Interaction:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any technical concerns.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for solution design.
  • Should be able to front-end technical discussions with clients. (API or SDKs)
Technical Expertise:
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Spintly\'s products and solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and updates.
Training and Education:
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on Spintly\'s products and solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant technical field.
  • IT Engineers are open to taking up Sales roles.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the access control or security industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
