: Spintly is seeking a qualified and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales by providing technical expertise and support to our customers and sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in a sales engineering role. Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Provide pre-sales technical support, including responding to technical queries and preparing technical documentation.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
Customer Interaction:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any technical concerns.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for solution design.
Should be able to front-end technical discussions with clients. (API or SDKs)
Technical Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of Spintly\'s products and solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on the latest features and updates.
Training and Education:
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on Spintly\'s products and solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant technical field.
IT Engineers are open to taking up Sales roles.
3-4 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the access control or security industry.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex technical concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
