Job Summary: As a Software Quality and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, identify defects and issues, and provide day-to-day support to the Operations team, customers, and end-users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects, bugs, and other issues. 2. Provide technical/non-technical support to Ops Team / Customers /end-users by troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues in a timely manner. 3. Based on day-to-day software support findings, document bugs and feature requests, assign them to Development teams and ensure timely closure of the same. 4. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. 5. Participate in software release activities, including regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing. 6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of software testing processes and best practices. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, Business operations and delivery teams, to understand workflows better and deliver exceptional customer support process. Qualifications: - (Most Important) Passion for delivering high quality software and exceptional support - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance + support. - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Experience with bug tracking and testing software, such as Jira - Hands-on-experience in covering manual testing jobs to automated testing - Good understanding of software testing tools, such as Selenium, JUnit or TestNG. - Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java or Python. - Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and end-users. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
