If you match this description, get in touch!What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do\xee\x8e\xa7 Creates integral software quality planning and synchronizes it with integral NPDL planning made by IPM. Also assures that quality deliverables of all SW quality discipline (Development Quality, Supplier Quality, Field Quality, compliancy, Security) are on time and with right the quality level.\xee\x8e\xa7 Is empowered to challenge project team if critical quality deliverables or required inputs for quality deliverables are missing or not at the right quality.\xee\x8e\xa7 Set project quality KPI in NPDL Project for software.\xee\x8e\xa7 Defines requirements for quality test- and test environment.\xee\x8e\xa7 Ensure that customer requirements are incorporated into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.\xee\x8e\xa7 Facilitate planning of E2E software quality test strategy.\xee\x8e\xa7 Facilitate the development of applicable test cases, execution, and validation covering both functional as well as nonfunctional aspects of SW.\xee\x8e\xa7 Oversee the development of test automation cases for the project.\xee\x8e\xa7 Ensure that the SW code is developed using code quality tools and standards set by Signify. (Tools include Coverity, TICS Tiobe and SonarQube).\xee\x8e\xa7 Provides regular status reports.\xee\x8e\xa7 Maintain communication with all relevant quality disciplines prior to launch.\xee\x8e\xa7 Lead bug resolution activities for internal and Customer concerns relating to assigned responsibilities and documenting defects with Jira tickets.\xee\x8e\xa7 Closes feedback loops from customer complaints by embedding the learnings into new software development.\xee\x8e\xa7 Monitor release criteria and communicate software readiness for commercial launch.\xee\x8e\xa7 Provide debug support to developers in the scrum team.\xee\x8e\xa7 Monitor test results to assure complete test coverage of user stories, features and customer requirements.\xee\x8e\xa7 Develop with project manager appropriate Alpha/ Beta / Controlled introduction plans.Your qualifications\xee\x8e\xa7 An accredited degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\xee\x8e\xa7 Good understanding as well as experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of frameworks like CMMI and ASPICE is an added advantage.\xee\x8e\xa7 Experience as a software developer, software tester, or similar software quality assurance role.\xee\x8e\xa7 Experience in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, .NET, C++\xe2\x80\xa6etc.)\xee\x8e\xa7 Experience with contemporary software test methodologies in continuous integration / continuous deployment CI / CD\xee\x8e\xa7 Working knowledge of software tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, Confluence, TICS Tiobe, SonarQube, Coverity, Whitesource, Black Duck etc.\xee\x8e\xa7 Working experience with software issue tracking tools like Jira.\xee\x8e\xa7 Able to support test driven software development.\xee\x8e\xa7 Experience developing test cases.\xee\x8e\xa7 Assure built in quality principles for each scrum team.\xee\x8e\xa7 Assure that tests are managed, and defects are properly tracked and resolved.\xee\x8e\xa7 Able to lead quality interest via Incident Management (e.g., CCB, Problem Reports Tracking) and able to align and resolve with stakeholders outside development on escalations and conflict of interest.\xee\x8e\xa7 Identify test automation and simulation requirements early in a project lifecycle.\xee\x8e\xa7 Several years of hands-on experience in software development, with knowledge of development quality tools.\xee\x8e\xa7 Demonstrated ability to influence a project team.\xee\x8e\xa7 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).\xee\x8e\xa7 Excellent interdisciplinary communication and presentation skills Strong leadership skills to defend the customer\xe2\x80\x99s interests.\xee\x8e\xa7 Deep understanding of innovation and life-cycle management processes.Our candidate profile is just a guide.
