• Adhere to project/software engineering process, procedures, standard work, or equivalent
• Adhere to Veoneer\xe2\x80\x99s quality standards and practices.
• Coach and mentor project/software engineering work group on Veoneer\xe2\x80\x99s processes and procedures
• Research software engineering best practices and emerging technologies. Develop plans to introduce these practices and technologies into Veoneer\xe2\x80\x99s engineering process, methods and tools.
• Interface with Veoneer\xe2\x80\x99s Engineering Quality Department to ensure alignment with CMMI/SPICE/15504/IATF quality practices
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to software engineering work practices, processes, procedures, deliverables, etc.
• Adhere to Veoneer Corporate policies
• Process Definition and Implementations
• Gap analysis w.r.t External Standards
• Team Monitoring and Presenting
• Client Relationship Management

Internal and External Audit Contribution What You\'ll Bring Education :- BE in Electronics Communication or Instrumentation Technology or Electrical Engineering or equivalent, MS/ MCA, MSC in Computer Science / Applications, MBA Systems Experience:- 5yrs \xe2\x80\x93 8yrs Skill Required:- The Software Quality Engineering is responsible for

• Development of software quality assurance standards
• Monitor, track and report project/software quality assurance metrics by product and by engineering site
• Monitor, track and report project/software process conformance metrics
• Alignment of project/software engineering work group\xe2\x80\x99s objective with annual Veoneer\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives
• Application, adherence, and evolution of Veoneer corporate and local product development processes to software engineering\xe2\x80\x99s work products
• Interface with Veoneer\xe2\x80\x99s Engineering Quality Department to ensure alignment with CMMI/ SPICE/15504 /IATF quality practices
• Strong Interpersonal ,Collaboration and leadership Skills
• Outstanding Communication and presentation skills
