Join our dynamic team! We're seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Tester to collaborate with our development team. Your expertise in crafting automated test scenarios will ensure our products are flawless.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts to identify and eliminate defects.
• Conduct end-to-end and automated testing to deliver high-quality products to clients.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients, incorporating their feedback for continuous improvement.
• Champion product quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by attending meetings and actively contributing.
• Work with multiple database interfaces and standard web architectures.
• Develop and maintain automation testing tools.
• Manage bugs in Jira by investigating and recreating reported defects for permanent resolution.
• Maintain high Quality of Service (QoS) standards through performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to create and update technical documentation, including release notes and user manuals.
• Ensure all technical documentation is current and easily accessible.
• Contribute to a secure file library for documentation.

Requirements :

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in software testing and QA with a proven track record of delivering bug-free products.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated tests.
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience in writing technical documentation (UML).
• Experience conducting and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
• Familiarity with Jira and the Atlassian product suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Passionate, driven, organized, and excellent in time management.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example.
• A confident and personable demeanor.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
