• Perform thorough quality assurance testing on various software programs, applications, and websites to ensure they meet Vendasta\'s high standards.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues with keen attention to detail, using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Create, update, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• To improve testing efficiency and coverage, implement and execute automated testing strategies using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Evaluate the functionality and overall user experience of our products, providing actionable insights to enhance usability and performance.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the testing process, adopt new tools and technologies, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the software can handle expected user traffic and usage patterns.
• Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the software complies with security standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes, issues, and recommendations, ensuring clear communication with the development team and other stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience and skills.
• Working knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms.
• Sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Prior experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
