Software Principal EngineerThe position is for Engineer working on next-generation enterprise infrastructure solutions for AI/ML workloads. The engineer will be responsible for leading a team of 8 to 10 engineers, involving in defining the product behavior and working on the design specifications. As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customers business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.You will:Architect and Design high-quality, scalable, and secure software architectures for full stack applications.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance of the software.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Take the first step towards your dream career

Heres what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsBachelors or masters Degree with 8 - 15 years of related experienceDemonstrated experience as a Software Architect or a similar role leading enterprise product architecture. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.Strong hands-on with any programming language & Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies & Proficiency with Linux Operating systems / Linux ScriptingBe a subject matter expert in data center infrastructure management for AI including compute, Storage and networking fabric & Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Familiarity/working experience with Agile methodologies in specific Scrum, Scrum at scaleDesirable RequirementsFamiliarity with the Opensource development model.Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch etc), LLM frameworks and platforms (like Hugging Face).Who we areWe believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
