Software Engineering Specialist (Systems) will independently execute a range of workstreams to deliver overall e2e solutions via mapping business requirements to encompass multiple technical systems. This role would organize smooth project delivery empowering the implementation of functional solutions that are fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements.
What you\'ll be doing
1. Delivers deep technical and repeatable solutions that achieve customer requirements driving positive outcomes.
2. Guides partnerships with business and operational stakeholders to conduct business and technical discovery.
3. Implements robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for group engagements while also identifying critical dependencies and gaps.
4. Delivers the creation of innovative and repeatable solution architectures to resolve a range of complex solution architecture problems and meet agreed requirements.
5. Facilitates business stakeholders\' understanding of capabilities and the transformative power of group products, services, and technology.
6. Drives the team culture of enhancing the solution architect team\'s knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral.
7. Executes alignment with Enterprise Architecture guardrails and solution patterns\'
8. Contributes to thought leadership and provides advice on a specific set of technologies to help senior leadership shape the long-term direction of solution architecture strategy
9. Delivers complex, strategic initiatives that are a part of the company\'s overall commercial strategy
10. Champions, continuously develops, and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in solution architecture
11. Mentors e2e solutioning teams, helping to improve the team\'s abilities by acting as a technical resource
12. Act as the technical expert on architecture governance and design authority for development of products and services in line with the published roadmap
13. Understand the Product Journeys, customized functionalities & Customer Journeys of BT Business product portfolio for Connectivity (IPCG, ICG, Internet etc)
14. Analyze Product journeys in different tools, gap analysis between the tools, drive solutions and migrations of customers to new too with better customer experience
15. Drive the progress of customer migrations proactively and identify impediments early in the cycle and address them promptly.
