This role will lead a team focused on delivering high-quality Packaged Business Capabilities for the Enterprise and its corresponding Frontend - MicroUI, Backend APIs. This is a highly collaborative team that works with cross-functional teams to ensure PBCs meet business requirements and adhere to architectural best practices.This role will lead full stack developers who have experience developing Micro-UI for the client facing web/mobile applications across various digital experiences. The Senior Manager will navigate, influence and deliver results by working with multiple teams. They are expected to work closely with developers, technical project managers, principal engineers and business stakeholders to ensure that application solutions meet business requirements.Responsibilities:

• Experience with medium-to-large-scale web development.
• Ability to develop within full technology stack
• Lead a fast-moving team, working with the latest tools and open-source technologies
• Design and develop our next generation of RESTful APIs and Event driven services in a distributed environment
• Use advanced, distributed technologies to process, store, and quickly retrieve huge volumes of data
• Work on a development team using agile methodologies
• Provides leadership, vision, and architectural/design direction for the team.
• Leads the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Aligns engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and supports the applications requirements.
• Plans and implements procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
• Identifies opportunities and drives process improvements.
• Takes accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.

• Lead a team of full-stack engineers in designing, developing, and deploying packaged business capability software applications
• Experience with frontend/Back End technologies - Java, React, React Native (preferred) (or) Angular
• Experience in backend with TypeScript, Node.js, Express.
• Experience in developing Backend-For-Frontends (BFFs) preferably on AWS Lambda
• Strong understanding of GraphQL and integration patterns between web/mobile and other backend APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, and deployment.
• Ensure the team adheres to best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
• Mentor and coach team members to help them grow their technical skills and leadership abilities.
• Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development, cloud computing, and API integrations.
• Strong influencing / negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills.
• Strong time and project management skills.

• 10+ years of experience
• Proven experience leading/managing technical teams with a passion for developing the talent within the team.
• Experience with vendor management in an onshore / offshore model.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills can interact with all levels of the organization.

• Exposure to AWS
• Healthcare experience including Disease Management
• Coaching of team members
