• Lead a fast moving agile team, working with tool/technologies across Microsoft Azure, .NET, SQL Server, C#, JavaScript framework, databases.
• Analyze advanced, distributed solutions that process, store, and quickly retrieve huge volumes of data and identify root cause
• Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions
• Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular code.
• Lead daily team standup meetings where you\'ll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.
• Provides thought leadership and technical expertise across theUM technology organization
• Utilize end-to-end knowledge of product ecosystem, business transactions, technology stack, dependencies, and engineering practices to ensure applications are designed and constructed using solid engineering patterns
• Encourage innovation and diversity of thought to solve complex business problems
• Partner with business and technical product owners to optimize working relationships and clarify roles and responsibilities
• Takes accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.
• Understand the Business and the Application Architecture End to End

QualificationsRequired Skills:

• Have been Engg manager of 10 or more engineers.
• Strong experience in C#, SOLID Design Principles/Patterns, OOP, Data Structures,

Core, Web API, ReactJS, xUnit, TDD, Kafka, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Azure (inluding Terraforms and AKS), Cosmos DB * Diverse technical experience, software engineering, regulated software quality, and monitoring of deployed software.

• Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
• Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
• Strong time and people management skills.
• A demonstrated ability to provide vision and strategic direction at an institutional or enterprise level.

Required Experience & Education:

• 8+ years of professional experience including people leader experience.
• Must have a Bachelor of computer engineering degree
• Proven experience leading/managing teams (at-least 10 or more engineers) with a passion for developing the talent within the team.
• Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
