We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.Role Title: User Experience Design Senior AnalystPosition Summary:The GenAI Frontend / UX-UI Designer will be responsible for designing innovative healthcare products and applications, with a focus on GenAI capabilities, that incorporate aspects of intuitive usability while keeping in mind the product's requirements. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define user requirements, develop user personas, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, and establish design guidelines that promote a user-centric approach. The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, and at least 5+ years in Frontend programming and proficiency in design tools and methodologies, knowledge of coding languages, and experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field, with experience in the healthcare industry, would be an added advantage & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and create innovative designs for healthcare products and applications focusing on GenAI capabilities, incorporating the requirements of the product as well as aspects of intuitive usability.
• Develop and deliver user personas, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate the intended design to stakeholders and development teams.
• Build extensible API Integrations, low code UI/UX solutions, with extremely short cycle times, to extract information from sources, integrate with GPT4, receive insights, and make them available in intuitive, high performing dashboards.
• Establish and advocate design guidelines, best practices, standards, and patterns that promote a user-centric approach for product development, including user interface, interaction design, and user experience aspects related to GenAI.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to gather insights and improve overall design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that the proposed designs are effectively implemented while maintaining the overall user experience and visual aspects related to GenAI.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in UI/UX design and related tools, with a focus on AI-driven applications.
• Present and defend designs and deliverables to the internal team and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement by sharing industry insights and best practices with the team.

Specific Skills / Technology Proficiencies:

• Front-End Frameworks: Solid knowledge of frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for creating interactive and responsive user interfaces.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and related software.
• Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and platform-specific guidelines for iOS, Android, and web applications.
• Programming experience in C/C++, Java, Python.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Possess a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise in various projects, particularly AI-driven web and mobile applications.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Working knowledge in GenAI technologies and design tooling.

Working Hours / Location:

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.

Industry / Domain Experience Needed:

• A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Frontend technologies and UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or a related industry focusing on GenAI.
• Experience working on healthcare applications, such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine platforms, or medical device interfaces, incorporating GenAI technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, industry best practices, and accessibility standards would be an added advantage.
• A team player who can also work independently, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, multitasking and time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience working with internal business leads to develop GenAI solutions and a creative thinker with a deep understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.

Education and Training Required:

• A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or a related field.
