• Provide leadership, vision, and architectural/design direction for the team.
• Manage SDLC process, including the planning and execution of bi-weekly prod releases.
• Direct the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ensure engineering solutions align with the Technology strategy in addition to supporting the applications requirements.
• Plan and implement procedures that will maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Participate in Architectural meetings and work with Application Architects and System Architects
• Provide technical expertise in design strategies, methodologies, techniques and tools to ensure development of IT components which meet the needs of the stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master and RTE for story grooming and refinement
• Provide pattern identifications and the development of detailed design documents through consultation with key business subject matter experts and team members.
• Complete accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.
• Provide leadership to the team ensuring the team is meeting the following objectives: Design, configuration, implementation of features and application design/development within the supported technologies and products.
• Proactive monitoring and management design of supported assets assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity.
• Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.

• 13+ Years Experience

• Proven experience leading/managing technical teams with a passion for the developing the talent within the team.
• Proven experience with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
• Proven experience with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
• Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.

• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
• Exposure to AWS
• Agile Programming
• Cloud Practitioner

• Expertise in Design Patterns and strategies
• Expertise in GraphQL web services
• Experience in React, NODEJS, and JavaScript development
• Strong Database skills and familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Experience in DevOps using Terraform and CloudBees / Jenkins
• Experience in Cloud Computing on AWS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong influencing/negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills
• Strong time and project management skills
