And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there.Position Summary:The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role.This role will support / enhance the Cigna eMOS platform. The eMOS tool was designed and developed to support the meetings and behavior expectations of eMOS servant leaders. This tool provides a standard set of KPIs and metrics, provides actionable data to drive improved outcomes, and houses documentation to define steps to improve. & Responsibilities:

• Participating in software/hardware configuration, releases and installation tasks
• Participate in technical planning and requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot and document engineering software applications.
• Provide leadership in solution design and delivery across multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Design and hands-on development of robust solutions to hard problems considering scale, security, reliability, and cost.
• Work with PO and the team to understand the business value and break down the features as stories.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies effectively.
• Ability to lead a team of mid-level developers.
• Conduct research to identify new solutions and methods to fulfill diverse and evolving business needs.
• Establish / Improve / Maintain Proactive monitoring and management of supported assets ensuring performance, availability, security, and capacity.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with delivery partners and business

• 4+ years of experience in Python.
• 4+ years of experience in Lambda and Glue.
• 4+ years in Spark and AWS.
• 3+ years in Step functions / complex SQL queries

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor\'s or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent in education and experience.
• This position requires a highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills, proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT areas on all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of various AWS products including but not limited to EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, Elastic Search, RDS, Glue, Step Functions etc.
• Experience in ETL batch jobs using Pyspark / Python / Databricks
• Understanding of relational database designs and experience with reading and writing SQL.
• Performance (threading, indexing, clustering, caching).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.
• Must have experience with Build Tools and CI/CD

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required.

• Core Python , Pyspark.
• SQL.
• AWS, Step function/Lambda/glue

• Strong communication skills.
