Work hours? M-F 0800-1700 CST (limited flexibility based on time zone)
Summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on? Handling incidents/tickets and updates/enhancement for existing products in the Systems Management workspace for Optum/UHG.
Please describe the team the candidate will be working with? Reporting to a Manager with a direct Team size of 10. Separately, part of a Scrum Team with various members of about 6-8.
What is the break-down of the teams skill sets? In Scrum Team, a mix of Application, Database and Web Developers.
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)? The candidate is required to 1) monitor and resolve the incident queue for their Scrum Team 2) work with the Product Owner
What does the ideal candidate background look like? Experience with the Windows Operating System (Registry/Services/Files/Folders), Windows Forms Applications (non-WPF), Windows Services, Console Applications, C#, VB.NET, Microsoft SQL Server including data models, tables, functions, stored procedures, views, etc., limited knowledge of Microsoft SSRS and SSIS.

Required Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience with .NET Framework Development (C# or VB.NET) of Windows Forms, Windows Services, Console Application development
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL including data models, tables, functions, views, stored procedures
• Experience with Rest and SOAP web services
