About the Role Software Engineering Lead-RPA will be providing technical expertise and collaborate with various Technology teams,Stakeholders, deliver & secured automation solutions at high standards. You will play a key role in creating an Agile environment for the team. Responsibilities Analysing and evaluating Automation ideas based on organization\'s assessment criteria Estimating, planning, and coordinating RPA project activities Creating comprehensive, and well-structured automation delivery plans, including Development, Testing & Deployment stages Maintaining & continually improving Automation Team\'s Coding, Testing, Deployment standards Collaborating with other Technology teams to improve overall delivery Collaborating with Business Stakeholders to enable seamless & on-time delivery of automation solution Maintaining up to date tracking and reporting of Team and Process performance metrics Managing the team and overall delivery based on optimized Agile and SCRUM principles Requirements Total 8 - 10yrs of Software Engineering experience 3 - 5yrs exp of direct experience in Managing RPA solutions using UiPath Experience using related UiPath development tools RPA Frameworks, Development and Deployment Pipelines, Automation Testing & Automation Hub Experience in related development streams like Python & Java Selenium, Python Scripting, API Development Experience in team management experience including tracking and managing team performance metrics Experience in managing applications deployed in cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) Experience in stakeholder management, conflict resolution and handling escalations and knowledge in developing Machine Learning model-based solutions is an added.
