Role Summary You will be responsible of developing and implementing an overall organisational data strategy that is in line with business processes. You will take into account all data sources concerning business operations and outline a design to integrate, centralize, and maintain the data. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES * Some of your areas of responsibilities will include: Planning and implementing the schema of workflows unique to our company Analysing structural requirements for new software and applications Researching, investigating, and fixing a wide range of technical database modeling issues Implementing highly scalable, testable processes/schema on tools like Excel, Airtable, Coda.io, Notion, ClickUp, Bubble.io, etc. Managing end-to-end data architecture, testing and implementing the proposed solution Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organisation Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the implementation of the schema in form of internal tools/apps Create diagrams and documentation to understand the database architecture. *Please note. As your role evolves your responsibilities will change / modify / grow. Requirements Education & Work experience** - We prioritise skills over traditional degrees. But any trainings / certifications / projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate your deep interest in this field is highly desirable. Software and Applications- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and tools like Airtable, Coda.io, Notion, ClickUp, Bubble.io Qualities & Capabilities- Some experience with programming languages like SQL, Python, Java, etc. Strong problem-solving abilities Analytical and organisational skills Data visualisation skills ** You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications.
