In Express System Integration BPMS team, we are passionate on delivering faster time to market solution for DHL Express divisions. Helping the divisions to have the most optimized solutions.



You will be part of our BPMS DevSecOps team developing and supporting solutions built on SoftwareAG webMethods BPM (Business Process Management) :



• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for webMethods BPM applications.


• Design, develop, and maintain business processes using SoftwareAG's webMethods BPMS.


• Integrate webMethods solutions with other systems using the platform's integration tools.


• Conduct unit testing and assist with system and integration testing.


• Monitor and optimize business processes for improved efficiency and performance.


• Collaborate with system operators, and other IT staff to manage code releases.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing business processes.


• Develop and maintain technical documentation.


• Provide technical support and training to end users.


• Automate, optimize, and maintain webMethods BPM systems, implementing best practices for scalability and security.


• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.


• Ensure critical resolution of system issues




Ready to embark on the journey? Here's what we are looking for:



As a DevOps Engineer - webMethods BPM, having proven SAG webMethods BPMS (Integration Server, Designer, MWS, Process Engine, Task Engine, Process Modelling, Business Rules Engine) skills is mandatory. Understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies and experience in webMethods integration tools (webMethods System Integration, SAG Designer, webMethods JDBC Adapter, webMethods MQ Adapter, Universal Messaging) will also be an integral part of this role.



You are a technology aficionado, therefore you are required to have knowledge of data analysis, design, modelling as well as database design and SQL as well as messaging (MQ). Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, containerization, cloud and similar technologies is a plus.



Knowledge and understanding in applications support, incidents and problems management, broad knowledge in automation, development, testing and operations methodologies and tools.



You are able to work independently, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to details, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus having strong communication skills and being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.



4-7 years of experience with SoftwareAG's webMethods BPMS.



Having certification in SoftwareAG webMethods is a plus.
