Developed with direct input from our colleagues, the Conga Way is the foundation for our culture.A quick snapshot\xe2\x80\xa6As a Conga Software Engineer, you\'ll perform code analysis to isolate software bugs and debug system logs to get to the root cause of issues. You\'ll also collaborate with Technical Support Engineers and Product Management teams for timely resolution of issues which impact customer satisfaction and write/develop codes for customization and enhancement of the product/features when needed.Why it\'s a big deal\xe2\x80\xa6This crucial role diligently resolves complex issues quickly and efficiently, helping our customers to get back to fully utilizing our Conga products successfully. You will be directly involved and will play a critical role in resolving complicated higher level product issues by providing guidance, give directions to assist our customers with any query regarding specific solutions, related customization options and provide world-class technical support resolution.Are you the person we\'re looking for?Related experience. 2-5 years of development experience with APEX/Visual Force/Java /.net technologies. You should also have experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.Troubleshooting and Logical Thinking. This is an absolute must. Your proven ability to analyze and apply logical thinking to determine the root cause of an issue is fundamental to success in this role. Proven experience in a client support role or in a delivery role has prepared you to effectively investigate technical issues, prioritize and escalate as needed, to ensure timely resolutions that are in line with client SLA\'s.Scripting and Programming Language. Experience with advanced SQL scripting/ Java/ .Net/ SQL/ SFDC is necessary. Programming languages (Visual Basic/ C#) are desired. You can easily understand how systems interact/integrate with each other and as well as how changes in one application will affect others.Education. Let\'s face it - our customers are in various time zones, so we need to support them. You will be scheduled on rotational shifts and take turns carrying pagers.
