In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of Salesforce initiatives within the organization. Your leadership and technical expertise will contribute to the growth of the team and the strategic utilization of Salesforce to meet the organization\'s business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce as a strategic tool.Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into effective Salesforce solutions and provide high level implementation estimates.
  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and maintainability.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of Salesforce components, such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and process builders.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team of Salesforce developers.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, track progress, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  • Ensure the team follows industry best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines during solution development.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and quality assessments to maintain the integrity of Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to leverage the latest features and functionalities.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of overall Information Technology experience and 6+ years in Salesforce administration, development, and project leadership.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Integration / Application / System / Data or Salesforce Certified Administrator are highly desirable.
  • Strong Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Process Builder, Salesforce architecture, configurations, customizations, integration patterns and data migration.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of Scrum/Kanban Agile SDLC methodology
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to address complex business challenges using Salesforce.
