This is a hybrid role requiring travelling to hyderabad office 6 times per month

By way of background, DCI currently comprises of 27 engineering teams who deliver over 70 products achieving $250m revenue per annum. We are seeking an experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process mapping and automation using leading RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere and other related tools.
As an RPA Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, creating process maps, and developing automation solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design and implement RPA workflows, and ensure successful deployment and maintenance of automation projects.
Responsibilities
• Analyze and document business processes through process mapping and requirements gathering
• Usage of tools like process finder or automation discovery is a plus.
• Design and develop RPA solutions using LowCode/No Code tools and Automation Anywhere
• Creation of Digital assistants and bots with experience in improving productivity
• Implement and test automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage automation projects
• Provide support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions
• Continuously optimize and enhance automation processes
• Mentor and train team members on RPA best practices and techniques
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as an RPA Engineer or Developer
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (Preferred) and other low code solutions.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and business process analysis
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in SaaS and On Prem hosted technologies, understanding of Security and data encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Preferred Skills
• Experience with other RPA tools like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C#
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
• Agile project management experience
• Certification in RPA tools or methodologies
