DESIGNATION - Software Engineer

REPORTING TO : Automation Manager / Site Manager

WORKING LOCATION : Bangalore

Position Summary:

As an RPA Developer you will work closely across different parts of IT, process and internal systems. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise on automation projects which includes crafting and maintaining automation frameworks, develop solutions with best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities include Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change management process.
• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator.
• Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Good knowledge of Orchestrator and capable of handling admin responsibilities.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework.
• Strong technical skills in UiPath, and at least has experience in 2-3 end to end project development and deployment to UAT and Product environment.
• Provide Infrastructure support for robot execution server procurement and environment readiness.
• Installation/Upgrade of UiPath products like Robot, Studio, Orchestrator and various UiPath products.
• Prepare, maintain, and update application design document related to processes and operational workflows.
• Maintain RPA and monitor the successful execution of automation product.
• Independent and on-time identification of failed exectutions and resolution of errors using root-cause analysis.
• Ability Design, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems using UiPath to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaboration with colleagues in other departments and countries, helping them automate their processes in domains such as risk management, business optimization, finance, customer intelligence and IT Infrastructure.
• Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.

Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle methodology.
• Competence with Agile Development approach.
• Hands-on programming experience is required (C#, VB .net).
• Previous experience with RPA development and/or configuration using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator setup (UiPath is must).
• Knowledge in Regex and Document Understanding is a plus.
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine learning or related field required

• 2-3 years of prior experience working in development using UiPath components.
