Knowledge and Skills: Extensive experience with multiple software quality assurance tools and processes. Evaluating forms and processes for software testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in overall architecture and software design for products and solutions. Experience with design and integration of software running on multiple platform types. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels. Bachelors / higher degree in Computer Science / closely related field with 6+ years Networking Product testing experience Expertise in testing Networking (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, ACL, LACP, STP, Qos, VRRP, Radius, Multicast, Broadcast etc.,) Hand-on experience with Network load/performance test tools (Ixia, Spirent, Agilent, etc.,) and network analyzers (WireShark, Sniffer, etc.,) Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages, Tcl, Phython etc. Strong troubleshoot ability, Should be able to handle customer escalations Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels. Team player - highly motivated to drive things technically Education and Experience Required: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. Typically 4-8 years experience.
