Responsibilities:
Technical Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Min 2+ years hands-on Full stack development experience using Distributed technologies like Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices. Good understanding of Web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript & React.js Experience integrating applications using XML, JMS, SOAP, and/or REST solutions Strong in writing SQL skills and working on DB2. Any exposure to AWS or Cloud development is additional plus. Experienced in using GIT & Maven Experience of Unit testing with TestNG or Junit Good Problem Solving & Analytical Skills

- With guidance build good understanding of the customer and business needs along with products & associated features. Collaborate with product owner and other stakeholders for requirement elicitation.
- Develop good quality code following established engineering practices and ensure on-time delivery. Participate in pairing, mobbing, and peer review
- Develop application code for programs while ensuring established controls, policies, regulations, and other applicable non-functional requirements
- Build and Leverage automation and testing practices to support complete test pyramid (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing/E2E Testing) and resolve defects
- Proactively monitor and provide support & maintenance to the Product as per the established support agreement

- Understanding of all the layers of software development: Run time environments, Database, APIs, User interface/User experience, Quality Assurance/Automated testing, Security concerns throughout the program.
- Participate in building cloud native solutions and/or migrating existing application on cloud -infrastructure
- Get actively involved in Training, self-development, and knowledge sharing. Support and develop software engineers by providing advice and coaching
- Stay informed on internal and external technology trends

- Hands on experience in DevOps practices and tools
- Look for improvement opportunities beyond stated problems and propose solutions by collaborating, leveraging best practices, and making use of available data Demonstrate agile mindset and participate in scrum or equivalent ceremonies applicable to the adopted execution framework

- Build understanding of underlying product, architecture, and key design decisions to understand \xe2\x80\x98why\xe2\x80\x99 and participate in technical solutioning of features to better understand \xe2\x80\x98how\xe2\x80\x99
- With guidance from your leader, develop understanding of organization\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, applicable high-level initiatives, and relate how your work links with the operational plans
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects/ proof of concepts as required

Qualifications:
Graduate \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (any stream) and 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience or equivalent experience.
