• ability to lead and to collaborate within and outside the immediate team and share knowledge across the whole development community
• work on programming language like Java ( version 8 or higher) to map the functional requirements to technical solution
• help in the cloud migration of CRM crew - working knowledge of docker/Azure ecosystem, Terraform, Help charts etc.
• monitor and performance tune your solution using tools like JVisual VM, Jconsole etc.
• work with Architects and other Leads to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
• master state-of-the-art technologies within a complex business domain

This is a global team of experts, providing new technology, best in class solutions. Focusing on creating the most data driven, agile, productive and technology enabled sales force in the industry.Your expertise

• 3+ years of experience in a scrum delivery model within the financial sector
• good understanding of any one OOP language like Java ( or a functional programming language like python)
• technical experience with Jira, SDLC
• first-hand experience in creating production grade software products
• working knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban)
• adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
• passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
