We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Automation Engineer . In this role, you will: . Provide Automation solutions for Business Processes and solve their operational needs . Ensure automation solutions are as per established standards and quality requirements . Ensure automation solutions are supported for successful day to day executions and assist in enhancements as and when needed . Provide support for junior Pod members for delivering and improving . Review code and documentation prepared by team members and suggest improvements . Communicate with stakeholders right from requirement gathering to deployment and further . Suggest innovative solution and process ideas Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: . Role holder expected have strong problem-solving mindset to ensure deliveries are on time and with high quality . Experience of delivering RPA Solutions as part of delivery teams preferably using Blue Prism . Clear communication and ability to translate complexity into plain language . Problem solving and critical thinking Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
