We are taking steps to modernize our applications and are committed to invest more to overcome the current challenges.As a Principal Engineer, we want the candidate to own a tech initiative and lead technical design activities and also execute it with the help of individual contributors in the team. He/She needs to help architects decide strategy and help define xe2x80x9cwhatxe2x80x9d, xe2x80x9dwhyxe2x80x9d and xe2x80x9chowxe2x80x9d. He/She also needs to help in decision making about the tools and technologies required to implement the given problem/use case. They will also own the initiatives end to end, from development to delivery and maintenance on cloud like AWS.As a tech enthusiast, he/she should have experience transforming monolithic architectures, a strong understanding of scaling, distributed architectures, caching, queuing, replications, data structures & algorithms, database solutions, storage, internet tools, protocols and networking.
