Job Summary:

APPNEURAL Pvt. Ltd. Is looking a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in core Java, Spring boot as a major and two or more complementing skills e.g., Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to development in core Java, Spring boot as a major and two or more complementing skills e.g., Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL, etc.
• ?Learn and use technologies based on project and work needs.
• ?Design beyond scope if necessary to build the right solution.
• ?Consult with internal & external stakeholders to gather understanding of domain, customer &strategic requirements.
• ?Define features to stories and effectively translate into SW design, recognizing where gaps in understanding exist that can impact building of code.
• Participate in design reviews/code walkthroughs with developers and architects to ensure testability/supportability of software.
• ?Participate in discussions with customer and/or product management to ensure products add value & meet customer needs.
• ?Be a problem solver in the team.
• ?Deliver high-quality large-scale applications that adhere to ever increasing demands of availability, reliability, security and performance that enable an optimal consumer experience as a strong individual contributor and/or mentor.

Basic Qualification:

o? ?A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

o? ?15+ years of experience developing and designing software applications.

o? ?Experience with Core Java, Spring boot.

o? ?Experience in payment domain EFT switch, End to end online transaction processing.

o? ?Experience in ISO Formats - ISO 8583 - 87, ISO 8583-93, ISO20022.

o? ?Experience in two or more payment schemes like VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKNET

o? ?Experience in ATM terminal driver like NCR, DBOLD. i.e. Understanding the communication between ATM and Host with the protocol details (NDC+, D912).

o? Experience in Hardware security module integration for SafeNet, Thales. Understanding of Key management in transaction processing.

o? ?Adhere to work on different software development module (SAFE AGILE preferable).

o? ?Experience in software estimation, planning and risk assessment process and establish technical vision.

o? ?Ability to analyze user and business requirements to create technical design requirements and

software architecture.

o??Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new

technologies/methodologies.

o? ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical co-workers.

o? Experience of working on various technologies.

o? Abilityto own team's problem and ensure resolution.

o? ?Ability to be seen as a problem solver.

o? ?Ability to design and build software independently.
