About the Role



As a Frontend iOS Engineer in our Customer Digital Experience Tribe (CDX), you'll play a key role in designing, building, testing and supporting iOS applications in an agile environment. You will work closely with squad members to ensure both front and back-end software outcomes meet customer expectations. The role will also involve mentoring more junior engineers in the development, use, and evaluation of the technical feasibility of holistic IT solution options. The incumbent Identifies and recommends improvements and monitors external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.

What will your day look like?

As a Frontend iOS Engineer, you are expected to:

Pays attention to the detail and demonstrates problem solving capability to develop and deliver quality solutions



Demonstrate a willingness to build competency in their discipline and seeks direction as required



Understands, responds and takes part in facilitating continuous improvement practices



Adopts strategic technologies and frameworks. Assists in identifying and evaluating potential new technologies and frameworks



Takes part in troubleshooting for service recovery



Provide ongoing support for platforms as required e.g. problem and incident management



Have a thirst and willingness to expand knowledge with new technologies bringing benefits into the team
